Participating in annual meetings; participating in quarterly company meetings; preparing, discussing and deciding on the relevant policies; In internal meetings discussing these aspects in any new investments; when analysing new and current investments, integrating ESG factors each time into the analysis work. We care deeply about the quality aspects of our investments and we are a very asset based/focused investor. Hence ESG integration comes naturally to us and is integrated in all processes.

We are a tiny resource constrained organization which forces us to integrate ESG fully into all work we do. Cannot have dedicated staff.Documentation and publishing a lot of papers is very time consuming and we stay very pragmatic about this.
