Etica SGR is an Italian asset management company founded in 2000 which since 2003 is developing and promoting exclusively sustainable and responsible investment products, with the goal of representing ethical values among the financial markets. Etica SGR develops 5 SRI funds (last one launched in September 2015) which are managed by a third-party asset management company, Anima SGR.

Etica SGR actively participates and exercises the voting rights, in shareholders meeting. Moreover, Etica SGR developes "soft engagement" through periodic meetings with companies, sending communications about specific ESG issues or about the investor’s responsible investment policy or the sharing of guidelines, reports or supporting material.

Etica SGR offers also SRI advisory services, such as portfolio ESG screening, to institutional clients.

Lastly, Etica SGR offers an impact investing opportunity through a fund which supports micro-entrepreneurial projects in Italy or a crowdfunding platform to finance initiatives that present an high social and environmental impact. Such fund is financed via an optional 0,1% subscription fee that the subscribers of the 5 SRI funds can voluntarily apply.
