Investa Office Management Pty Ltd (Investa) is the entity that controls the Investa Office Management Platform. The Investa Office Management Platform is one of Australia’s largest owners and managers of institutional grade, CBD office buildings with total assets under management of approximately AU$10.3 billion, as at 30 September 2016. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, Investa is an Australian office sector specialist, managing funds on behalf of more than 14,000 retail and institutional investors via its flagship listed and wholesale office funds, Investa Office Fund (ASX:IOF) and Investa Commercial Property Fund. Investa also manages a number of investment mandates for private clients. Investa’s integrated management platform allows Investa to lead the market, and to consistently deliver outperformance for its investors, while exceeding the expectations of its tenants and staff.

Investa Office is an office sector specialist which provides a comprehensive range of services including funds management, asset management, development and corporate services to key funds; Investa Office Fund (ASX:IOF), Investa Commercial Property Fund (wholesale unlisted) and other mandates in-line with the UN PRI Principles and Investa's own Sustainable Responsible Investment (SRI) Guidelines. In 2016, Investa Funds were again ranked in the top quartile in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), with IOF and ICPF the 13th and 19th globally ranked funds. Additionally ICPF has been recognised as Australia’s second largest asset manager of core responsible investment by the Responsible Investment Association of Australia (RIAA)
