As the initiator of the Client Protection Principles (CPP), the Smart Campaign remains an important actor in the microfinance sector. Also the Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) continues to develop, strengthen and facilitate guidance on social performance management for microfinance institutions, for instance with the launch and promotion of the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management.
