          Heads of Responive Investments Department
        

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

CEO: Receives communication/notices pertaining to the RI strategies and ideas.

CIO: Receives communication/notices pertaining to the RI strategies and ideas.

Head of RI Department: Oversees, creates, and approves the strategies and ideas related to RI.

Portfolio Managers: Receives communication/notices pertaining to the RI strategies and ideas; makes recommendations; approves changes and implementations of strategies.

Investment Analysts: Shares research pertaining to equities and debt; makes recommendations (buy, hold, sell); overlaps research with concern for ESG-pertinent information.

RI Staff: Makes RI recommendations for strategies, buying/selling by using positive and negative screens as well as incorporating other ESG factors.

External Managers: Carries out investment decisions according to RI decisions made for certain clients, buying/selling.
