Potential conflicts of interest are monitored and evaluated by the executive committee in conjunction with the legal team. ECP’s ethics policy addresses potential conflicts of interest between ECP employees and the Funds. At a Fund level, as governed by the Shareholders' Agreement, a Conflicts Committee comprised of members of the advisory board reviews potential conflicts of interest identified by the investment committee. Potential conflicts of interest are also reviewed in the investment decision making process as outlined in the ESG Management System.
