The Plans prefer but are not limited to investment managers and funds that integrate ESG Policy Criteria in their investment philosophy and security selection process. While considering ESG criteria in the management of the Plans, it is understood that the primary goal remains the long-term objective of preserving and growing the assets for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the Plans.
At present ESG factors are incorporated by reference to the overall investment policy but not specifically. As part of our overall review process were are considering how that may change in the future.
