On December 31, 2016, the Firm transferred its portfolio servicing function to a newly created affiliate, named Colmore, which has a similar ownership structure as Capital Dynamics. As a result of the transfer, 51 portfolio servicing and application administration employees that were previously employed by the Capital Dynamics have become employees of Colmore.
