Supervision of all sustainability activities in Bradesco is the responsibility of the bank's risk department (DCIR), according to Central Bank's regulation that was set in 2014. The bank relies on a Sustainability Committee that answers to the company's Advisory Board, that monitors the initiatives in all departments, including the Asset Management structure. BRAM reports directly to this Committee and to the Investment Committee, regarding specific responsible investment issues. Within BRAM's structure, the CEO holds the primary decision-making responsibility in relation to responsible investment. Responsible for the integration of ESG issues into investment activities are the CIO, the Head of Equity Research and the Head of Credit Research.
