Integrated Asset Management Corp. ( IAM) is a public company ( TSX:IA ), majority owned by management. Based in Toronto, with a sales and service office in Montreal, IAM was founded in 1998 to buy and build teams of alternative asset managers. As at December 31, 2016, we have $ 2.6 billion is assets under management with 40 staff. We manage senior secured private debt, infrastructure debt and direct equity real estate for pension funds, large and small, public and corporate, foundations, endowments and insurance companies.
