07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

The lead members of the investment team are responsible for setting policies and guidelines to implement our ESG analysis. This includes key characteristics to evaluate and capture/document as well as the proper weighting of ESG indicators for each sector and security. Analysts take these policies and implement them into the security level research. It is the responsibility of portfolio managers to ensure that investment staff are properly trained. Each member of the investment team must understand the risk-focus that drives our ESG emphasis. Tools and processes continue to be developed and enhanced in order to evaluate analysis, scoring and effectiveness. As a fixed income manager, we believe this risk evaluation can add value to our clients.
