By partnering with the Shared Value Initiative, 21 Partners has committed to promoting Shared Value strategies in the companies it invests in. This partnership also gives 21 Partners access to connect with leaders in the Shared Value Field, exchange knowledge and best practices and promote its leadership position in the Shared Value field. In this regard, 21 Partners participated at the 4-day 2016 Annual Shared Value summit held in New York, which included workshops, presentations and discussions. This gave 21 Partners the opportunity to share how it implements Shared Value in its investment activities.
Moreover, in 2016, as part of its commitment to Shared Value, 21 Partners published a case study through the Shared Value platform to provide a broad look at how one of its investments, Farnese Vini, a company acquired in 2013 active in the production of central and southern Italian wine, under the stewardship of 21 Partners has created shared value both for investors and the cluster of smallholder grape suppliers.
