The Impax Climate Property Fund has been able to demonstrate active evidence of financial out-performance and "green alpha" from well-managed efficient buildings, by independent third party research firms conducting post-sale sustainable valuation analysis.
Environmental improvements over life-time of the fund, up to 31 Dec 2015:
- 640 tC02 net C02 emissions avoided
- 52 kWh per m2 of energy efficiency improvement
- 7.4 m3 of water efficiency improvement per occupant
- 32% increase in waste recycled
