07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

For each investment we have several investment professionals, who are elected to portfolio company board.  From initial assessment through to post acquisition, all ESG risks (together with any other business risks) are evaluated during due diligence, and then discussed at the Portfolio Board (post investment), and specifically ESG rists monitored/resolved during our tenure.

Investment directors are classified as a Portfolio Manager above, have involvement with the implementation of RI policy.  Most of the Board Members are also part of the investment team and therefore also involved with the implementation of the RI policy.

We have two staff who manage the broader Responsible Investment framework.
