Montpensier Finance has set up conflict of interest management procedures and risk mapping and established a register of potential conflict of interest situations. These documents are reviewed as frequently as necessary and at least annually.

If portfolio managers detect a potential conflict of interests, they must immediately consult the Head of compliance and internal control, in order to guarantee the primacy of the interests of UCITS unit holders.

SG 04. Identifying incidents occurring within portfolios

04.1. Indicate if your organisation has a process for identifying and managing incidents that occur within portfolio companies.

04.2. Describe your process on managing incidents

          Should occur any incident involving a company Montpensier Finance has invested in, it will be identified and monitored via “MSCI Impact Monitor” module that assess and follow what they call “Controversies”, that is any event or news flow that could negatively impact companies whether it is about reputational or regulatory reasons as far as E, S and G criteria are concerned. 
These controversies are ranked between “green”, “yellow”, “orange” and “red” depending on their severity. This “score” allows to monitor :
- the severity of the incident;
- its evolution; 
- the conceivable level of impact on the company’s market return.
