In our policy the trustees, the employees, all advisors and all asset managers have to disclose their interests an a yearly basis. the conflict of interests are disclosed to all decision taking bodies. If a conflict of interest occurs, that person is not allowed to vote on a decision, is withdrawn from the project or if the conflict cannot be solved has to resign the position as a ultimate measure.
