All of TVM Capital Healthcare's potential investments are subject to a screening against the IFC exclusion list at the pre-investment stage. During the earlier stages of investing an ESDD for all prospective investments is caried out for review at the investment committee level. The ESDD is a stand alone document that provides an in depth overview of the S&E setting of the company, its risk categorization as well as a detailed assessment of the S&E risks. A list of recommendations is included in the report and is shared with the investment team.
