          Human Capital Management Investor Coalition

We played a leadership role in the organization and activities of the Human Capital Management Investor Coalition, led by the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust. The Coalition seeks to elevate human capital management oversight to board level and, to do so, engages companies to learn and disseminate best policies and practicies for human capital management. We co-led a subcommittee of the Coalition tasked with developing questions that can be used by analysts in their meetings with corporate managements.
