Excerpt from current PPM:-
"Berkeley's approach to ESG is that our investments should not cause detrimental harm to the people and environment. Using our E&S management system, managed by the in house E&S Manager, Berkeley will identify key E&S risks to the projects and find practical ways to mitigate and minimize impacts in accordance with recognized international standards such as IFC Performance Standards. Not only do we identify risks but we also seek ways to develop long lasting opportunities for the surrounding communities through engagement and comprehensive stakeholder management. All our investments will be carried out in a transparent and accountable manner with the E&S Manager reporting not only to Project Directors but to the Partners to ensure quality is maintained."
