11.1. Indicate whether your organisation incorporates ESG issues in investment monitoring of portfolio companies.

11.2. Indicate the proportion of portfolio companies where your organisation included ESG performance in investment monitoring during the reporting year.

We work on ESG issues as a part of value-up activities, and we do not have a list of issues that we monitor for all the cases. Issues we work on can be case-by-case. Because often times we cannot quantify ESG performance, though in reality we monitor and work on issues, we do not have templates to monitor ESG performance. Currently we are considering to create a reporting template so that we can make a periodic reporting.
