Often times, our portfolio companies have manufacturing facilities. We would normally check if such facilities comply environmental regulations. Also, we would often check labor issues.

8.1. Indicate what type of ESG information your organisation typically considers during your private equity investment selection process.

8.2. Describe how this information is reported to, considered and documented by the Investment Committee or similar.

When we consider investment, for example in manufacturing sector, we would consider polution level as well as estimated costs for improving the polution level. We typically compare the raw data from the portfolio company against either the sector level data or advice from external advisor.
