act honestly and in good faith at all times in the interest of the Foundation
avoid knowingly entering into any arrangement that may create a conflict of interest between a Trustee and the Foundation
declare all interests that could result in a conflict between personal and organisational priorities or create an appearance of conflict
be diligent, attend Board meetings and devote sufficient time to preparation for Board meetings to allow for full and appropriate participation in the Board’s decision making
not disclose to any other person confidential information other than as agreed by the Board, or as required under law, or make improper use of information gained through their position as Trustees and dispose of Foundation material in a prudent manner.
maintain public confidence in the Foundation by not doing anything that in any way denigrates the Foundation or harms its public image
work as a team in a respectful manner that is open and honest, that focuses on issues, building and maintaining mutual trust and confidence, treating their fellow Trustees with respect and civility
