Describe your process on managing incidents
As an investor in small businesses we have come to expect a certain level of "unexpected," and we stay highly adaptive to meet our portfolio company' 'needs. We work in active collaboration with a network of industry executives in all of our target verticals, & have financial, operational and legal resources on standby as needed/appropriate.
Our involvement with our companies is daily vs. weekly or quarterly, and we stay abreast of all critical issues impacting our businesses (whether positive or negative). Any incidents are documented at the company level and/or, if appropriate, the Mgmt Co level as well.
