Our most direct and active involvement with our portfolio companies is at the board level, and in this way governance is at the heart of our ability to effectuate change. We are active in the appointing and ongoing evaluation of our various mgmt. teams, holding them to standards that also include detailed considerations of ESG issues, some company specific and some more broad.
