Caja Ingenieros Gestión has a hierarchic structure starting at the top of the pyramid with the board of directors that supervise all the activities that the firm does and also revises the procedures and relevant changes of the organization.

At least once in a quarter the board of directors meets with the CEO to review the ongoing evolution of the firm.

After them, we find the CEO of the firm that directs the daily running of the company and look forward to accomplish the goals of the company.

Directly depending from him our structure divides into three main areas, Investment department where we find all the portfolio managers, Control and compliance department which focuses on the accomplishing of regulatory rules and the supervision of the investment policies from funds and, finally the Administration department that as a back office department focuses on the valuation of the funds and the reporting statistical information from them.

More specifically related to our internal structure of ISR processes, the internal committee we have is composed by a member of each of the departments described above and reported to the CEO to take final decisions to invest in some companies according to our model.

Our basic structure is composed by 3 members that take the basic decisions over the ESG scoring model. Moreover we have the support from the CIO and the CEO of the firm in order to take high level decisions in terms of selecting new companies to invest on or to be part of any initiative from PRI
